      VIVED Learning Courses is the new hub for accessing the educational courses developed in coordination with our education and technology partners here at VIVED Learning.

      Fall 2024 Course Offerings:

      • Carpentry

      Email-based Self-Registration

      1. Visit the direct link to the Carpentry Course here in a web browser

      2. Click the Log in button in the site header

      3. Click the Create new account button

      4. Consent to our policies

        1. Scroll to the bottom of the Privacy Policy page and click Next

        2. Scroll to the bottom of the Terms of Service page and click Next

        3. Click the checkbox next to I agree to the Privacy Policy

        4. Click the checkbox next to I agree to the Terms of Service

        5. Click Next at the bottom of the page to continue

      5. Fill out the New account form and then click Create my new account

      Tips:

          1. Username: you can create your own username or use your email address

          2. Email address: Be sure to use a real email address because you will have to verify your email address in order to access the site

          3. Errors: If you receive an error for a field, fix that field and click the Create my new account button again

      2. Complete email verification

        1. You will now see the Confirm your account page indicating an email has been sent to your address with instructions to complete your registration.

        2. Go to your inbox and look for the email from us

      Self-Registration with Google

      1. Visit the direct link to the Carpentry Course here in a web browser

      2. Click the Log in button in the site header

      3. Click the Log in with Google button

      4. Click your google account from the list.

        1. Note: If you are not signed into your Google account yet, you will need to do so at this time.

      5. Click Continue to authorize VIVED Learning Courses to sign in using your Google account. You will be redirected back to VIVED Learning Courses

      6. Consent to our policies

        1. Scroll to the bottom of the Privacy Policy page and click Next

        2. Scroll to the bottom of the Terms of Service page and click Next

        3. Click the checkbox next to I agree to the Privacy Policy

        4. Click the checkbox next to I agree to the Terms of Service

        5. Click Next at the bottom of the page to finish

      7. Registration is now complete and you are redirected to the Carpentry Course page or the site home.

      Course Enrollment

      Before you begin the enrollment process, make sure you have the course enrollment key and group name as they are required to enroll.

      1. Visit the direct link to the Carpentry Course here in a web browser.

      2. Located your group name in the list of enrollment options

      3. Enter your enrollment key in the Enrollment key field

        1. Note: If you see the message saying “Guests cannot access this course. Please log in.” instead of the Enrollment key field, click Continue and log in first and then come back to this step.

      4. Click the Enroll me button below your enrollment key.

      5. You will now be redirected into the course’s home page and you will see a banner message that says “You are enrolled in the course”.

      6. You are now enrolled in the course and ready to learn.
